External / Satellite Sites

Remote access is of paramount importance with many of our customers now operating remote clinics and satellite sites. If a network is not available off site this can cause difficulties with the smooth running of your organisation. With this in mind Tempus have designed a laptop module to cater for this exact requirement.

The user is able to transfer a copy of the data with them onto a portable computer and work as if they were at the main site – entering details and events as the occur; on return to the main office the new data is then uploaded and ‘synchronised’ back onto the main system, to complete the transfer process.

Accident & incident

This effective module supports the recording and management of all actual, near miss and potential accidents in the workplace. This feature can be used to automatically alert all key personnel in the organisation when an incident has occurred.

Sickness Absence

The management of this information is crucial to every organisation. By 2005 every company with more than 10 employees will have to record and document all their sickness absence episodes, regardless of whether they are certified or uncertified.

Tempus have undertaken many years of research with a number of our key customers to provide a comprehensive module complete with the most common 200 reasons for sickness absence, which are ‘pre-linked’ to the clinical ICD classification. This has the benefit of being able to compare and analyse trends and results with other companies using a similar recording tool. As with all other areas of the system, the user has complete flexibility of both the sickness absence reasons and linking to the ICD classification.

COSHH
