The printer has been designed to withstand harsh and extreme environments and protection against vibration by using a very robust enclosure. The printer offers 300dpi and is a Windows based raster line printer, and therefore has no memory limitations. Unlike a standard printer, which requires your computer to transfer an entire page of data into the printer's memory buffer before printing begins, the print process begins almost instantaneously with our GDI Thermal printer.

The printer has a 12 volt power supply integrated in to the main printer enclosure. To power the unit you will require a 12V supply. The unit comes with power lead and power input connector to the printer as standard. The printer is simple to mount, three 4mm holes are located in the bottom panel enabling vertical or horizontal mounting. Optional quick release plates are available if required.

Our special robust enclosure is constructed from folded steel and welded rounded corners and is free from any sharp corners or edges. Paper installation is a simple task, a hinged lid allows a roll of paper to be inserted into the printer enclosure. The enclosure is finished in a special epoxy polyester hammer coating, which is extremely durable, and can be easily cleaned. weight 2.4kg
