Can I use a browser other than Netscape or Internet Explorer?
Yes. Non-graphics browsers such as Lynx can be used, in which case the graphics are replaced with appropriate text

Why can't I open PDF Documents?
To open a PDF document you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, preferably the latest version (3 vs. 2.1). This can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe's site, which also contains answers to Acrobat-related questions.

How do I print web pages from your site?
It depends on the content. Collateral such as case studies, brochures and data sheets are in pdf format and can be printed via Adobe Acrobat Reader. Other content can be printed via you browser's print function.
