Tempus can offer customers a comprehensive help & support service to resolve I.T. issues. The helpdesk is manned by dedicated, well-trained professionals who will always attempt to resolve the problem during the initial call. In the event of this not being realistic they will use our computerized helpdesk system to log and monitor all support calls and arrange for on-site support if applicable.

Customers can call on us for full on site support of anything from individual PCs to a complete network. The company has a national network of mobile engineers and can offer 4-hour response, next day or even the flexibility of pay as you go.
